CLASS SCHEDULES
HUNTINGTON CLASSES Huntington classes are held twice a year, in September and February. The classes are approximately three months and are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00. The next class will begin September 8, 2009. Classes are held at the Covenant School, 5800 E. U S Route 60, Barboursville, WV. INSTRUCTOR William Bunch William G. Bunch, a native Huntingtonian, graduated from Huntington High School and for two years attended Marshall University. He transferred to The University of Florida in 1960 graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. As a graduate assistant in the Real Estate Department, he attended the University of Florida Graduate School for two semesters. He has received the designation of GRI: Graduate of REALTORS Institute, awarded by the West Virginia Association of REALTORS; CRS: Certified Residential Specialist, CRB: Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, ABR: Accredited Buyer Representative, all awarded by The National Association of REALTORS. Bill has also been a speaker at the National Convention of the National Association of REALTORS. Additionally, for several years he was an instructor at Marshall University and also at the West Virginia REALTORS Institute. He has instructed at The Real Estate Career Center since 1991. Bill has served twice as the President of the Huntington Board of REALTORS. In 1973, he was the President of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS and, in 1975, was honored as the REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the West Virginia Association of REALTORS. He has also served two terms as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS. Through the years, Bill Bunch has been very active in community affairs serving on the Board of Directors for both the United Community Services-United Way and the Huntington YMCA. From 1982-1984, he served as President for the YMCA. In addition, he was a member of the Cabell County Planning Commission. Bill has been a member of the Huntington Rotary Club since 1963 and has served many terms on the Board of Directors and was the 1985-1986 President. He is a member of the Greater Huntington Area Chamber of Commerce and has served as chairman of several committees. . PARKERSBURG CLASSES Parkersburg classes are held based on interest of students. For information, phone Terry Connolly at 304-485-9511 INSTRUCTOR Terry Connolly, a Parkersburg REALTOR has been a broker for 25 years and is the owner of Prudential Preferred Homes. Terry is a GRI, Graduate of Realtors Institute and has been an instructor in that program. Terry is also a CRB, Certified Residential Broker, a certification of the National Association of Realtors.
