An applicant/student requesting cancellation by registered mail or in person within this time shall be given a refund of all moneys paid to the school or its representative, except the application fee, pursuant to the return of all UNUSED books and materials. A student who begins the course and withdraws completing up to 1-% of the course is entitled to a refund of 90% less the application fee. A student who withdraws completing up to 25% of the course is entitled to a refund of 75% less application fee. A student who withdraws after completing more than 50% of the course is not entitled to a refund. Real Estate Career Center nor any of its representatives guarantee nor insure that any of its students successfully completing its course will be employed. However, all assistance will be afforded to its graduates in obtaining gainful employment in the career field selected through our placement department. All tuition moneys must be paid IN FULL before a completion letter is given to the student for submission to the West Virginia Real Estate Commission as proof of requirement to enable him or her to sit for the salesman or broker licensing test.
